Managed Services Client Update - Remote Working Conditions to Support Social Distancing

Dear Partners,

We wanted to share another update on the changes implemented at SIRKit recently, as well as trends we anticipate may impact your business.

In light of government recommendations to stay home, the majority of our team is now working remotely to promote social distancing. SIRKit will continue to support our clients' daily requests and project work. A small technical team will remain in our office to assist, as needed. Due to the increased demand for remote work and telecommuting there are shortages and delays in sourcing equipment. We will communicate updates as they become available to us with those who have equipment on order.

We have also observed congestion and capacity issues with numerous service providers including internet, traditional phone, internet phone, conference systems, Microsoft Teams, etc. If you are having trouble with any similar services we invite you to contact our team, although there may be limited troubleshooting options available to us.
