# Forced Updates for Teams, Outlook and Windows 11 are coming!

It’s important to note that not all systems will be compatible due to hardware limitations. If your PC is not compatible, you have [approximately 18 months to replace it](https://www.sirkit.ca/windows-10-end-of-life-transition-to-windows-11/).

If your team would like to test out the new Teams or Outlook applications, it’s pretty easy to do so. Microsoft already allows users to launch the new versions.
Here’s a quick how-to:
1. Open your current Teams or Outlook application.
2. Look for the “New” button at the top right or left, or within the settings menu.
 
3. Click on it to activate the new version and restart the application
4. Start exploring the new features.
