I wanted to share a quick update on the proactive steps SIRKit has taken to keep our community safe while continuing to deliver services during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
We understand that many of your businesses rely heavily on connectivity and your IT infrastructure. We are committed to supporting you throughout the situation and have taken steps to ensure our team will remain available.
If your business is considering having some or all team members work remotely, please ensure you give your assigned team Pod enough lead time to assist as required. Establishing remote connectivity may require extensive changes that cannot be implemented overnight. Be prepared, get in touch ahead of schedule to understand the requirements and avoid potential delays due to influx.
SIRKit will observe government recommendations to prevent the spread of the virus and keep our community healthy.
SIRKit will not participate in any international events, further we are limiting domestic travel to critical visits. The members of our team who have recently been abroad are self-quarantining for 14 days.
We are limiting visitors to SIRKit’s office and ask that all visitors respect our efforts to limit exposure. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have travelled internationally we ask you not to visit our office. We are happy to make other arrangements.
SIRKit is limiting onsite services to essential tasks and emergencies only.
To protect all parties and decrease potential exposure, in-person meetings will be rescheduled for Telephone or Microsoft Teams.
SIRKit will be disinfecting equipment as we receive it and when returning it to clients.
Our priority is to protect the health of our staff while limiting business disruption.
