• Microsoft Outlook 2003 requires the latest service pack to support outlook anywhere. We are however no longer providing technical support for this version. Pleaes upgrade to more current versions of Outlook.
  
• Clients in remote locations on dial-up connections or air cards must be able to sustain 160 kbps (20 kbytes / second) up and down. Please check with your service provider.
• Packages which do not include Blackberry Enterprise will be charged a $25 setup fee to activate the service.
