SIRKit's corporate support plans offer 24 hour support from experienced IT professionals. Our plans facilitate a true in-house helpdesk experience backed by a unified team of support analysts with an outstanding track-record.

We understand that you're not interested in talking to a different technician for every issue. That's why your business will be assigned a dedicated support team who will monitor, patch, upgrade and maintain your servers, workstations, laptops and networking equipment while providing your staff on-going technical support for general day-to-day issues. Our aim is to ensure a working relationship between our IT professionals who are completely familiar with your infrastructure and staff.

Support plans offer extended savings and a dedicated team of support professionals to work with.

Standard Plans include a specific number of monthly hours. These hours can be used for all technical services. If your monthly total exceeds the included hours, you will be billed for the extra hours at the overage rate. Hours cannot be banked.

All-Inclusive Plans include deployment, maintenance, repair and monitoring for all PCs. Maintenance, repair, monitoring and basic configuration is also included for all servers. Server deployment and major project planning generally involve large amounts of time and as such does not qualify for all-inclusive (see networking/other).

  • Hourly rates are guaranteed for the support plan term
  • Scheduled on-site visits included (available upon request)
  • Unused hours expire at midnight on the last day of each month (standard plans only)
  • Services are restricted to those identified by SIRKit management as IT related
  • Upgrades are available at anytime (current rates apply)
  • Regular Business Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday
  • After-hours support is available at the listed rate
  • Customers with support plans outside of Alberta will be responsible accommodations, travel and meals from Alberta.
  • Telephone & remote assistance calls will be debited a 0.5 hour minimum
  • Onsite calls will be debited a 1 hour minimum + travel time to your location
  • Support plans can be modified to include extra duties (must be approved by SIRKit management at the time of signing)
