SIRKit provides a variety of professional technical support services available 24 hours a day. Our helpdesk is available to assist you by phone, remote assistance, or on-site for any of your on-going daily IT adventures.
Our primary focus is to keep your team working at maximum efficiency. First responders will generally attempt to resolve your issue by using secure remote assistance technologies. By using these Citrix tools we have reduced the general response time for most calls by over 80%. Your technician will provide a secure URL to begin your fully encrypted session. While the technician repairs your machine, you can observe the entire process. If the issue requires further attention, an on-site technican will be dispatched to your location to provide further assistance. |

- Services are restricted to those identified by SIRKit management as IT related
- Regular business hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday
- On-Site calls will be charged travel time to your location
- On-Site calls outside the Edmonton & surrounding areas will be charged time, mileage, and accommodations (as required)
- Not all tasks can be repaired remotely; on-site calls may be required
- On-Site specialty services include tasks which require or relate to CCNA, CCNP and MCITP designations
